Standard production is typically 4 to 5 business days after the required order details and approvals are complete. Larger or more complex orders may require 7 to 10 business days, and special-order products may require additional time. Provide your event date so Award Masters can confirm order-specific production and delivery timing.

Expedited delivery options may be available for an additional fee. Express Service refers to shipment or delivery within 48 hours, and Priority Service refers to shipment or delivery within 24 hours. These are delivery services, not guaranteed production times, so availability must be confirmed for each order.

Yes. Local pickup is available at the Pensacola showroom, and eligible orders can be shipped nationwide. Shipping cost and timing depend on the order and destination. Visit Location & Hours for store information.

Many products can be ordered as a single item, although a minimum engraving or service charge may apply. Supplier minimums can apply to certain special-order products. Contact Award Masters to confirm the requirement for the specific item.

Proofing depends on the product and project. When a proof is provided, review the layout, names, dates, titles, spelling, quantities and artwork carefully before approval. Contact Award Masters if your order requires a proof or has detailed layout requirements.

Customer-supplied items may be accepted after inspection and approval. Material, coating, shape, size, construction and replacement risk can affect whether an item is suitable. Bring the item to the Pensacola showroom or contact the team before relying on a specific result. See Engraving Services for more guidance.

Vector files such as AI, EPS, SVG or print-ready PDF are generally preferred for logos and line art. High-resolution PNG, TIFF or JPEG files may work for photographs or full-color printing. Send the best original file available and review the Artwork Requirements before submitting it.

Yes. Call (850) 462-1178 to discuss an order. Names, dates, titles and other personalization details should also be provided in writing when possible to reduce transcription errors. Email project information to sales@awardmasters.net.

Contact Award Masters as soon as possible so the order can be reviewed. Keep all packaging if an order arrives damaged. Personalized products and order errors are handled according to the circumstances and applicable store policies; do not discard the item or shipping materials before receiving instructions.

Personalized products generally cannot be returned without prior approval because they may not be reusable. Contact Award Masters before returning any item so the order and applicable policy can be reviewed.
